Our teachers know their students and work with them to help them realise their potential as learners. Our focus on authentic learning and authentic assessment ensures that we challenge our students to grow in their learning and achieve their personal best.

Throughout our community of Sydney Catholic schools, we have shown high performance of our students in measures such as NAPLAN and the HSC.

We have a lot to celebrate at St John Bosco Catholic Primary School Engadine as we continue to provide opportunities for students to further develop their gifts and strengths. Our students have participated and won numerous awards in the Young Scientist Competition, ICAS assessments, BandFest, Year 6 Interschool Debating and Year 3 and Year 4 Public Speaking Competitions. We also have a large portion of students who are selected to be part of the Newman Selective Class at St John Bosco College after completing Year 6. Our NAPLAN results demonstrate students’ confidence and competence in the areas of Literacy and Numeracy as they achieve success in meeting and exceeding learning outcomes from Kindergarten to Year 6. We have achieved incredible growth between Year 3 and Year 5 in Literacy and Numeracy and this is a credit to our dedicated students and teachers who ‘Always Aim High’.
